Exporting/saving files in PDF with file name based on fields?

It would be nice to be able to export the files in PDF without needing to re-name each file. For example having the ability of choosing a 'field' like 'name' to be used in the export process.

    Hi,

To confirm, you would like to have PDF submissions to have their file names based from the specific fields? Is that correct? Or are you referring to the uploaded files?

If you are referring to the PDF submissions, you can append specific fields to their file name in the Dropbox integration. You can check it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/255-How-to-setup-folders-using-UniqueID-in-Dropbox. In this case the folder including the PDF file will have their names based from the Unique ID widget, you can select other fields, not necessarily the Unique ID widget.

Let us know if I misunderstood your question.

    Thank you.

It would be nice to have the name of the file come from a selected field, but all of the submitted files be included in the same directory (I'm using Dropbox). I do not want each submitted file (PDFs created from the form Submit button) in a seperate directory.
