I lost my form. It is not showing up and it has been for 3 months.

    It is a basic form. It is not showing up.

    I checked your form Investment Payment (form ID - 50597336771969) and noticed that it was blank. I checked the form's Revision History and found out that the fields were removed recently. You can check this article to know how to view and revert/restore form revisions.

    I tried to restore the version. If it takes time to restore it didn't work. Can u restore it for me?
