How can I allow other people to view submissions?

I am a free user at the moment but we are looking to subscribe. Do sub-account users have access to my forms and can edit them and view submissions? Is there any other way to allow other people to view some or all submissions, hopefully as read only?

    Hi mhowe479,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    1. Do sub-account users have access to my forms and can edit them and view submissions?

Yes, you can share your form to your sub-account users and give them rights to edit form or view submissions. You can check this article to know how to share your form

    2. Is there any other way to allow other people to view some or all submissions, hopefully as read only?

You can let other people view all of your submission by making your form's submission page public. When you make your form's submission page public you are required to set a password. Upon setting up the password you will be given a link that you can share to other people. To make your form's submission page public, just follow the instructions below.
