Download form attachments

As part of my form, users have been given a field from which they can upload any files. When connected to Dropbox and Google Drive, the files can only be accessed through links in submission.

Is there any way how the files attached to each submission can be downloaded all together and thus accessed from a PC ?

    Hi,

If you integrated with Google drive you can download a zipped copy of you files be downloading the folder itself.

If some of the files had been uploaded prior to integration with drop box or Google Drive, you can download a copy of the submissions in excel format, this will have a column with all the links to the uploaded files.

You can then copy these link to a download manager using the link grabber function, you can use tools such as

    Flashget

    Internet download manager

    DAP

Still, I will need to copy each link to download each individual file. Isn't there a way how all the submitted files can be downloaded at one go?

This method is our simplest way:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/315-Downloading-File-Uploads-in-the-form-using-DownThemAll-Mozilla-Firefox-Extension.

Or, you can use our File Downloader App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader. This app will require you to download and install Ruby in your PC. The instructions on how to do it are added in the App Description.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
