After creating the form, it displays blank?

Asked by bmarci on June 09, 2015 at 06:46 AM

I made a form just few hours ago and it was saved automatically. After a few minutes I returned to www.jotform.com and found that my form was an empty blank tab. I remade my form, but it happened again. Can you help me to recover my form?

I was able to recover it with Form Revision History and I hope it will not disappear again.

Thanks for the otherwise useful jotform,

We have encountered this with a couple of users yesterday about this problem, form fields are disappearing or being blank. Our developers have told us that this has been fixed. But, please do let us know if you have encountered it again, we are currently testing it.

Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.
