How can I stop certain text from submitting with a form?

I have some text boxes that just contain information that a person must read and then click "yes".  I want to stop the contents of the text box from submitting.  It causes the submitted report to be extremely lengthy. 

You can use a Text field to display the text and then adding a checkbox with the "yes" option without label.
