    Form shows blank?

    Ao realizar o login, o formulário sumiu, desapareceu. O que está acontecendo?

    Upon login, the form vanished, disappeared. What's going on?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience, we had a problem yesterday regarding forms showing blank. We have already reported this to our developers and they informed us earlier today that this has been fixed.

    To fix your form, you'll need to revert back to your earlier version of the form. Here's a guide on how to do it: http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History. Revert back to an earlier version of the form where the fields were not removed.

    I went back to a previous version and the form is active again . Thanks for the quick return.
