How do I get the fillable PDF form creator to function properly?

Hello,

I created a fillable PDF form earlier with another (JotForm) account. Now, your Fillable PDF Form Creator can not seem to move on to creating forms outside of that account. I am now unable to create a fillable form on another project.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Try using the option to create them from the "My Forms" section of your account:

Select your form then from the "More" tab, click "Create PDF Form".

If this does not work, let us know the Form you are trying to create a PDF from and the errors, if any, that are produces when trying to create the PDF.  This will help us to figure out what may be the cause.
