all this form needs to do is connect to our FTP server so our customers can upload files, i've enabled the auto delete plugin as advised in a previous support exchange, and now my form is disabled again?

I tested the auto delete submission app and it is working properly. I can see that the submissions where already deleted. So it means that the app is working properly or you deleted the submissions manually.
I reset your uploads back to 0. Please try to re-enable the auto delete submission app. Please try to monitor your storage space and get back to us if the issue is still happening. Thank you.
