Email in form showing invalid

I am testing this form and it is showing as an invalid email when I embed the form in a Facebook tab.

The reason why the "Enter a valid e-mail address" is showing in your "Briefly explain your situation" field is because the validation type on it is set to "E-mail".

See screenshot below. You'll need to change it to "none" if you want to add free text on that input field.
