    Hi there;

            Upon checking, your form has exceeded its allocated quota. It means, form cannot be submitted anymore. At this point, you have two options; First, you can upgrade your membership to increase the limits, OR; you must wait for 1st of next month, all limits refresh on every 1st of the month.

    Hi, thanks for replying. i have upgraded the membership but the form is still disabled. please can you help?

    It's actually just one form that is disabled now -

    That form,, seems to have been marked as deleted - perhaps accidentally. I have logged into your account, and restored it from your:

    My Forms page > Trash folder > clicking on the form > Restore

    The form is once again active on your account, please see the following guide for more details about deleting forms and purging or restoring them: How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
