    Hi TamikaC,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I assume you are having problems cloning your form, can you provide us more details like the form link or name that you are trying to clone so we can try it on our end? I tried cloning one of your forms (Mortgage Choice Client Profile) and was able to clone it successfully. You can check this link to see my cloned form - http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51601831615953

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

No what i mean is below is the form is what came across from the merge.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/51337174801855"></script>

It needs to have like 2 columns client one and client two. The formatting hasnt come across with the form. And i have no idea how to but a coloum in the form to make a new one if we cant fix this. If that makes sense

It definitely make sense, I have checked your seven pages form, which link is mentioned above http://form.jotform.co/jsform/51337174801855.

I would greatly appreciate your get back to us and please inlcude screen shots as of how the original form looks like, so we will be able to analyze and offer you the best option to achieve what you stated, that you would like to have the client one and client two information in two columns.

    Thanks.

I have inspected further the form and I believe it is not possible to emulate the same side by side format, but with some adjustments we can have a functional, yet different final result.

I would suggest to add Form tabs widget and to separate by pages the 2 clients, instead of having them side by side in columns:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/form_tabs

You can see a brief demo here:

     http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51618086374965?

If you agree with this solution please let us know the original Adobe FC url so we can determine better the position of the fields.
