The form appears in the list, but is completely empty. I had to take 2 times a form with several conditions. In addition to waste my time , I'm really concerned about the reliability of your product. We will proceed soon to the registration period of our club and we can not afford to lose the data of our members. Can you explain to me what is happening ? I am a new customer for about 2 months (from adobe ) and I like your product, but reliability remains the most important .

We had a problem on the form builder yesterday that has caused some forms to become blank. You can revert your form to the latest working version using the Revision History feature or if you would like to let us know which form is appearing blank, we will be happy to restore it for you. My apologies. This is quite out of the ordinary to have anything like this happen and has been resolved.

Thank you for the kind words. We strive for things like this to never happen but with so many components occasionally things do go wrong. This is the first time I have seen users forms actually affected. We do our absolute best to make sure things work as smoothly as possible and if anything does go wrong, we make sure to make it right.
