Is there a limit to the length of custom confirmation emails?

We just launched a new client application, coming from adobe forms central. Let me first say that we are very happy with your product, but we have hit a wall.

All of the confirmation emails we get, which we have custom formatted, end around 75% of the way through the form, meaning only the first 75% of the form comes through the confirmation, but the last 25% is completely missing. Is there a limit to the total length of the confirmation email? This is a big problem because we us the confirmation to directly cut and paste a final copy of our clients application, and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to format their submission unless it all comes through.

Can you please help, we launched yesterday, and have had to pull all of our applications because the form is not sending all of the responses. We did not have an issue with lengthy responses being cut off when using forms central. Other than this issue we have been glad to make the switch. Unfortunately we are dead in the water without this feature and will need to look at other options.

    Thanks so much ,

    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

It seems the problem is specific on the existing autoresponder with your form (51485016524149). This is most likely due to the dirty html formatting that strips off the other elements causing it to cut at some part. On my test, the problem does not occur when you recreate the autoresponder and make edit in it. If possible, I would suggest to recreate your autoresponder and start editing it little by little to prevent this problem. The fastest way to do so is to copy the content in your existing autoresponder, paste it to notepad or any other text editing tool you may have to remove the HTML formatting then paste it again on the new autoresponder.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this. We'd be happy to help. Thanks!
