    Hi,

I've uploaded a PDF already created in Adobe Acrobat Pro with fillable fields. I need to change the email notification to another email address. Some forms give me that option and other dont. I cant see an edit button to chnage the email address.

I have the option to download as PDF fillable but not to chnage the email notification.

    Thanks

    Matt

    Hello Matt.

To change the email address that is used in your submission email notifications, you should first open your form in the Form Builder.

In the form, please go to (Setup & Embed >) Emails, and click onto the Notification.

Matt, I apologize for the confusion, I would just like to confirm where you are trying to change the email address.

You are trying to change the email recipient of an uploaded fillable PDF, and not of one of our editable online forms, correct?

Then I am sorry, my solution provided above will not work. You can only do this for online forms that are editable - the ones with the Edit Form button, rather than Download PDF button.

I believe you can change the recipient email address of the PDF itself if you have set JotForm to collect your submissions, but only by changing your default account email address.

That will change your default email address for submissions on all forms, and you can do that by going to your account page, and changing your email address there. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way for changing the email recipient of the PDF form itself.

If this does not help with your query, can you please explain what you meant by:

    > the email notification has been sent however, the from comes back blank.

Are you talking about the From field in your received email? Can you please provide a screenshot, so that we can see what it is about, we will be happy to help you sort it out if we can.

    Hi Thanks,

I have gone into the email settings and changed the email recipient address. I’ve filled out some text and submitted the form but the form has come back blank and doesn’t resemble the original PDF.

We need 3 forms being sent to 3 email addresses. If this is not possible I will have to look for an alternitive.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience. Upon checking your account, I see that  your PDF form "Application Pack Form 2015-16", has 1 submission but is blank or the fields are not populated.

Can I ask permission to download the PDF form and fill it out, so that we can test it in our end.

Also, may I know how you filled it out, I assume you used a Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat or Foxit?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Yes please download the form. I put some text in the first field as a test and as mentioned it came back blank.

    Thanks

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

Thank you for the confirmation about the blank submission, I've created a separate thread so that I can escalate it to our developers. You can refer to this link for that concern: http://www.jotform.com/answers/588804. I will address it shortly.

For the change of email recipients, may I know if you received a notification for my test submission? Also, you mentioned from the last reply that you would like to have 3 fillable PDF forms with 3 different email recipients addresses? Or you want to have each PDF form to have different recipients?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.
