I am unable to view the saved conditions on a particular form. When I click "Saved Conditions," it just changes the button to "Add New Condition."
I am able to view Saved Conditions on all my other forms. What might be causing this problem?

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
I have cloned your form, and I have been able to reproduce the issue. It has been raised to our developers, so that they can see what is causing it, and fix the problem.
We will let you know by means of this thread if and when we have any updates regarding the issue.
