Forms are submitting even though the required fields are not filled in.

Our form requires several documents to be uploaded before a submission. Today we received a response missing these required fields. Please advise.

Each of those sections have the required "*" but we had this error. What do we do?

I have checked the form embedded on your website: 

I have noticed that you have used the normal script to embed your form. 

Actually, the "required" field works perfectly fine with your form: 

However, when it is already embedded on your website, the script of the form and the scripts on your websites creates conflicts. 

So I would recommend for you to use the iFrame code instead when you embed your form: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
