I am having trouble logging in to download/launch apps.Asked by eahmedia on June 10, 2015 at 01:00 PM
I am prompted to provide log in credentials when trying to download a couple apps, but the log in dialog is unresponsive when I click "Sign In." see attached screen shot.
Try logging in to your JotForm account prior to using the apps. This should bypass the popup. Also try logging out of your account, clearing your browsers cache/cookies then logging back in to try the apps again. If this still does not work, let us know which apps you are having trouble accessing so we can check them on our end.
I just tested it with all major browsers and did not encounter any problem. It may be a temporary server problem, please let me know if you face this problem again. Thanks for your feedback.
