When I click to open the application after downloading, nothing opens.

I am sorry but I do not completely understand your inquiry.
The FormsCentral Exporter app is already downloaded correct? You said above when you click to open the app nothing happens?, is the screen white?, is there a twirling ring?, or are you allow to type log in and password and stucks?, you should maybe be available to include a screen shot of the output.
In the meantime, can you please try to use a different browser like FireFox instead?
