We have imported about 25 forms from Adobe FormCentral. However, I have found that I have some issues with multipage forms. They don't seem to be importing correctly, unless I'm missing something. I only see the first page in the process.
The forms we have issues with are ones that need to go to a next page for payment. Following is an example form:https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=0HnQWFoFM7ViAG3NJYL6Bw#
Any ideas?
Best,

When testing the above mentioned form: https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=0HnQWFoFM7ViAG3NJYL6Bw in three different browsers, IE, FireFox and Chrome, I was not able to replicate the issue you explained.
When clicked Proceed to CheckOut button, just in seconds I was redirected to the payment form, on the three browsers, as shown below:

Well... yes, that would make sense because you're looking at the correct form on Adobe FormCentral.
This same form imported into JotForm -- with some edits I had to make because the form did not translate well -- is here:

Try this and let me know now.

Hello Chris
The form you mention has a payment tool and that is not imported, so it needs to be manually added in the form builder:
Are all the multipage forms with payment tools? If so this should be the issue.
Let us know if the problem persists.
