Is it possible to do part of a survey/form, save the form, and then re-open it to be completed at a later date?Asked by M732burke on June 10, 2015 at 02:43 PM
We are using Jot Form to create employee evaluations. The supervisors need to be able to save a partially completed form, retrieve it, and then complete it at a later date. How can this be accomplished?
Yes this is very much possible in JotForm.
Please take a look on the user guide on how it can be done.
user guide: -How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later
In the user guide, the 2nd form (in your case this will be the Survey form) can be save and open again at a later date or anytime.
As long as the form is not finally submitted, it will be available to get back to and continue the session.
