Hiding multiple fields due to input is not working

I would like the Name, Date & stay of each camper to only be available IF they select 2 or 3 campers, NOT one.

I have most of the form currently hidden until the required fields are entered. I would like the additional fields to only show when applied.

What am I doing wrong?

You can clone the form so that you can check it also on your Form Builder on how I set it.
