another user shared their forms with me, i cloned them to create my own forms. however, now this user has access to my forms, although we have separate accounts.
salmakassaby is a sub-user account which means that it can only create forms inside the main account:
This also means that the forms you created are actually owned by the main account.
If you wish your account to be an independent one you can select account > upgrade > free plan:
