Problems with PDF Fillable formsAsked by Ignacio Munoz on June 10, 2015 at 04:29 PM
Our analysis showed that Jot Form was the best tool available and that’s why we encouraged them to use it. After some testing we are having trouble when we send the PDF Fillable Form, because when we press “Send” from adobe it fails and shows “Unknown error”. Also, with forms central we were used to tell the clients to upload the pdf so the form central platform uploads the information and organize it and now we can’t do that (Or we haven’t figured it out). We are having trouble right now with this and I need to know how it exactly works son we can keep continue using Jot Form or we are going to have to switch tools.
Thank you for contacting us.
The fillable form is supposed to send the data to your account once it is submitted by the end user (internet connection required). To submit the form user will simple need to click on the Send/Submit button on the PDF file.
To be able to investigate it further, we will need to check your form. Do you have a form under one of your JotForm accounts? What is the form name/link?
