    Hello,

The html editor do  not save the changes every time..  sometime it takes a dozen tries to have the emails

edited correctly..  It seems to revert to the orginal email with nothing I added.

    Hi,

If the data table is locked, it will not allow you to make changes to the autoresponder:

Unlock the data table and then make your changes.  This should allow you to edit the autoresponder without issue.

If you still have trouble editing it, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Ok that allowed change But with the condition all empty fields will be sent as well.  That makes for a very sloppy Autoresponder email to the form filler who will now see a lot of empty fields that may have nothing to do with them..

Is there a work around between being able to make a custom autoresponder without the empty fields ?

In order for you to Hide the empty fields of Autoresponder, please do as follows:

1 - From the Form Builder, have your form in edit modem click on Preferences, select Advanced Settings, click on the right side of Hide Empty Fields on Emails section, as shown below, then click Close Settings button when done:
