I have been through the widgets and can't find one that sends an email copy to the person who is submitting the form. What I would like is to have a contract for them to sign and although I will get a copy once they submit it I think they should also have a copy emailed to them. When I pay for something in some places with a credit card I get a receipt emailed to me so it would be like that but not something with a payment, just a signature. Do you have anything like that? Thank you.
You can also attached the form as PDF Attachment in the submission Email of your form.
Use the 'Attach PDF' option in the Notification Email.

Thank you but I don't think that will work as it would need to go to the person who signed it and that will be different each time. From what I understand the solution above would only send it to the same addy each time, right?
I'm sorry, but I'm not quite clear on what you're trying to accomplish.
Do you want to send a copy of the submitted form to another person besides the submitter?
The solution provided above by my colleague will send a PDF file attached to the email that will be sent to the person who signs the form with all the entered data (including the signature).

Yes, that is what I am talking about but when I tried it it just came back to my regular address, not the email addy I put above the signature which is different. Thank you.
In that case, you have to use autoresponder rather than notifier.
Whatever email entered on the email field on your form will get the autoresponder message.
