Why is my account locked and why after 4-5 emails to you, I go unanswered?

    Months ago, I saw my login blocked because of violation of terms.  This happened once before when I first signed up and again I am blocked for reasons unknown.  All I do with jotform is provide a terms & conditions form so that my clients in my travel business can verify their names, dates of birth, etc and agree that they are capable of traveling.  Nowhere do I see I am violating anything when compared with all the soliciting for business the rest of the jotform users are using your service for.  To top matters off, I constantly clicked on the contact us link in the pop up window when I could not get into my account many times and entered my concerns for being locked out and my request to unlock me with never an answer.  Great customer service!

    Look at my submissions and tell me what I am doing wrong and if nothing, can you please unlock my account!!!!

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. I checked your account and it seems that it was suspended due to forms that are getting Credit Card information which is against our terms of use. 

     

    If you need to have a payment or donation in your form you need to use our Payment Tool instead of manually adding each billing information in your form.

     

    I have activated your account again, however, you need to change all those forms with Credit Card information and replace it with Payment Tool to avoid being suspended again.
