    Hi

We had embedded a form on our site. However, after about 10 test submissions the embed

went offline. Could you please check this out for us.

    Thank You.

    Hi,

Upon checking your account, your account already reached your SSL submission limits, you have 14 out of 10 SSL submissions per month for "Free" plans. Please check our pricing page for the limits of each plan: http://www.jotform.com/pricing. SSL submissions are form links or embed codes that are using HTTPS:// or HTTPS://secure protocol. You can check this guide to learn more about it: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

When you reach any of your submission limits, your forms will temporarily be disabled. You'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to continue using your forms, OR wait for the counter limits to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.

    I hope this helps.
