Only One Entry is allowed to be submitted?

    We integrated a Jot Form , but it is talking only one Entry .

    This is because you set the Preferences->Form Limits->Unique Submission to "Loose Check". This limits your users to submit the form to only based from the browser's cookies. To allow multiple submissions, you'll need to disable that option.
