I paid but submission still shows as pending

I just pressed Submit, paid in paypal (the seller got the money), and the submission is still showing as pending. What gives???

Maybe the Instant Payment Notification is not active. The IPN sends a notification from Paypal to Jotform informing that the payment was successful. Without this feature being enabled. even if the payments are successful submissions will always show as incomplete payments.
