I am having a from created for me that will be added to my teams different Zoho CRM accounts. What do we need to do so that each person gets the information into their database?

Each form can only be integrated with a single ZoHo CRM account:
If you need each person to have a form that send contacts to their specific account, you would need a separate form for each person. You would also need their ZoHo username and password in order to setup the integration.
