submissions not being delivered to email address

    I have been having ongoing issues for awhile now. Forms seem to work, then get phone call - client upset -  appointment requests are not making it to the shop.  I try to see if I built anything wrong on Jotforms, rebuild all the forms, seem to work for a while, then the same thing over again. My client is losing faith in me! Is there anyway you can find the glitch, especially for the appointments form?   Thank You!

    I made a test entry on your Appointment form and checked the mail logs afterwards. The results showed that the email was sent out without any errors:

    Have you tried looking into the spam or bulk folders of your email? Since the email sender address is coming from it would also be wise if you add to your whitelist.

    By the way there appears to be a problem with your domain I got a timeout page when pulling it up.
