Hello,
I have 3 form submissions with pending PayPal payments. They haven't gone through to our bank. Can you please advise? Is something set up incorrectly?

You can also go ahead and set up to receive paypal pending email alerts. You can enable that option through the Payment field Properties. Do as follows:
1 - From the Payment field, click on the gear, then click on Show Properties, as the figure below:
2 - The Properties screen will pop up, select the Pending Payment E-mail, click Close Settings when done.
