Why am I receiving the test email notification on the default email address even though I've set a different email address?

    I want a notification email to come to a particular person, not the JotForm account holder. I can change the text in the recipient field, but when I send a test email, it is still going to the account holder.  Please advise.

    The test email button always sends the emails to the default email address, so you would need to make an actual submission in your form to test your notifier.

    This way you should receive the notification on the configured email account.
