i want to be able to localize and add a font, is there a way?

You can download full source code of the form and then edit the code to include your own font. Once you have the code downloaded to your local machine you can edit the <head> section of the form to include your own font.
We have an article in our user guide which explains how to use Google webfonts, it uses similar procedure for adding font.

I can't test it as i can't access my form - http://www.jotform.com/answers/58703-why-my-account-got-suspended#0
it has been suspended. so, i cant try and i have no idea the reason why. do you have any idea on the suspended issue?
