How to Add hyperlink to you form?

Also, is it possible to add a hyperlink to the form cover?

To add hyperlink to your form, you can add text field inside of your form and then click on Edit HTML button.

After that, the following screen will pop up.

Highlight the text you want to link and the link icon will become active, click on it and the Insert/edit link screen will pop up, fill in the blanks. At the end click on Insert.
