what happens when I get >100 submissions per month?

Asked by rindertdegroot on November 24, 2011 at 06:42 AM

I have a basic account, and don't expect more than 100 submissions per month. But... I don't want to lose any data if things get very successful. So what happens if it does? Will you warn me? Will you retain the e-mails? plz let me know.

Once you reach your submission limit, the forms will be disabled and cease to work. It will only be reactivated until you either upgrade your account or wait for the next month when your counter resets to zero. You will be notified via email before your forms are about to be disabled. Previous submissions will still be saved, when user browses your forms they will see something like this:

    Hope this information helps.
