    Field disappeared from Live form

    Hi there - we have a live booking form that's been working well for a couple of weeks, however today a field has disappeared.  It shows in Edit Form, but not in the Live form (in Live it just shows 'Select*' not the box to complete).

    i have not touched the form so don't know what's wrong.  we have customers seeking to book places and need this resolved asap please.

    Are you referring to the "Ticket Purchases" widget in your form?

    I've checked your form and viewed it on different web browsers.

    Chrome 43:

    Firefox 38:

    IE 11.


    Have you tried clearing your form's cache and your browser's cache. See if that fixes the problem. If not, could you tell us if the form is embedded on a website or if the problem happens on a specific browser/device only? We'll wait for your response.

    hi there.  i'm using Safari 8 (which the form was developed on), but it appears to be back now.  Yes, it's the Ticket Purchases widget that disappeared.  I don't know what browser the customer who first notified us of it is using though.  Strange that it should disappear and reappear when i have not changed the form.  no, it's not embedded, we just send out the link.  i'll see if it happens again and notify you if it does.  thanks for your initial investigations though.
