Rather than setting up a separate conditional for each field in a group, can I set a single condition to hide / show a group of associated fields? It seems I can almost do this using the Form Collapse header but for some reason the top most field displays regardless. Thanks!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to setup conditions for a group of field. The closest we have is the PageBreak. You can skip/show pages, so that might do what you would like.

Thanks for the quick answer. I did end up using page breaks and since my forms were pretty long anyway this worked out fine.

I would really like this functionality built in at some point. Multiple pages is not necessary for shorter forms but with lots of selections that may need to be hidden based on a previous selection.

We do not want to add question grouping because we haven't found a good way to do it without making the form builder too complex.
For shorter forms it should not be a lot of work to create multiple conditions.
I think we also need to be able to make it easy to show/hide multiple questions at once on the conditions. That's something I added to our feature todo list.

Thanks for the response - I guess one issue is that in a "then" statement you can select headings, but the headings do not respond to the conditions. That would make things easier: if I had a heading and four drop-downs under it, and I would like all of that to show/hide based on a previous condition, then it would be nice to have that functionality.

OK, that is a bug. You should be able to hide/show heading fields as well. I added that to our todo list.
For now, you can create your own headings using the "Free Text (HTML)" field type under "Power Tools" toolbox on the left side.
