The Phone Number field is not showing up when we receive the submission.

    We've tried everything we know to do. We made it a required field, we made it not visible and created a new field and it still does not show up.

    Hi there;

              Apologizes that you couldn't get this work. I cloned your form for this particular thread, and reviewed thoroughly. I found that Phone Number field wasn't included in your Email Template. Please follow these steps to include Phone Number field to your email template.

    1) Click on "Emails" -> "SET Cleaning Web Contact".

    2) Add a new row and include "Phone Number" field "{phoneNumber19}" to the table. And hit "Finish".

    3) Test your form, you should receive an email with "Phone Number" row included.
