I am trying to figure out how to share an authorization form with my client

When our client has a new authorization for us to take care of the they click on the form, fill it out and send to me.

I don't know how to do this with Jot.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

How do you want to share the authorization of a form? Can you please explain your question a bit more in detail? For us to be able to understand your requirement a bit more in detail, you may like to share an example with us and we will surely help you.

I did check your last edited form and found the following form fields:

Do you want to receive a submission email once your client select "Yes" and gives you the permission? 

I believe it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding a condition to send the submission emails only when the condition is met.
