An error popped up about the system experiencing 'saving issues'. Now when I try to click the Save icon, it doesn't seem to be saving, and I don't want to close out in fear of losing my progress. Has this issue been solved? Is there a way to do a hard save so that I won't lose information?

Our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
The issue and/or related issue is already resolved. But you cannot force it to save since the error had already appeared in the page. The best way would be to refresh the page, logout from your account, clear your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform then edit the form again.
