Is there a way to have sublabels/hints to show up on the PDF downloaded fillable form?

I have some sublabels and hints in my webform that I would like to show up on the PDF downloaded fillable form as well. Right now those sublabels and hints help clarify the type of answer we want.

Though the hint text and sub-labels cannot be included in the submission data, you can include the headers, text, and images from your form in the PDF.  You could replace your notes with text entered into "Text" fields, these would then be included:

Enabling this option should get you a bit closer to what you are looking for.

Is this something we can ask the developers to look into to see if it can be done?

Adding the text fields makes the form look a little bulk and not as clean as the sublabels

I can definitely forward this request to our developers.  Though I cannot say if or when they will be able to address this, it will at least be brought to their attention.  We will let you know here in thread when we have any updates.
