Email Distribution

It would be really helpful if a person could build an email database and when adding emailing capabilities to forms you could then just select the users vs. typing in their email addresses for each form.  We have numerous forms and this is kind of painful. 

So basically allowing to build address books and then selecting who you want with each rule.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have an address book where you can easily select existing email addresses on a specific list in general. 

Each form is dependent on the content and fields inside it. You'll need to manually type them. If you want to add multiple recipient addresses, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.

I'm not sure if this will help, you can check our "Emailing" categories in the apps page: http://apps.jotform.com/category/emailling. You can easily build contact list and send newsletter on it.
