Can't import form as subuser

Hi!  My company just bought JotForm and the main accountholder just added me as a subuser.  I received an email from her saying "I've shared forms with you."  I clicked the link in there and did see a folder with my company's name on it but nothing in it.  More importantly, when I tried to import a form from adobe, I was redirected to a page asking me to buy JotForm.  But we've already bought it.  Could you please clear this up?  Thank you.

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Hi,

You should be able to import forms to your forms using the import tools located here:

    http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

You do not need to purchase anything in order to do so.  The import download is currently having some issues but should be back up shortly.  None of the links for the import tools should redirect you to a payment screen.

As for the sub-user issues, the user AOACINT has indeed invited you as a sub-user.  They have not, however, shared any forms with any of the sub-user accounts they set up:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

Have them edit their permission settings for each account so that the forms are shared.  Once they are, they should show up in the folder in your account.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
