Emailing my form - user guide instructions not working

I have looked at the user guide and it appears to make sense.  When I click on "embed Form" in my editor, it does nothing.  Then, I tried the "embed" link from "My Forms" and it gives me a link, but no clear sense of what to do with the link.

If you would like to simply email a link to the form for your users to fill out, you can get the same link the embed tab will give and send it via your own email address.  Just click on the "Preview" button while editing your form and the URL provided is the direct link to your form:

Your users can fill out your form via that link and you can email the link directly to them
