After a visitor, submits the form, the email are coming to my gmail... but those are not getting sent to client's webmail accounts. Could u let me know why so? Please note, there is no problem with the DNS setting of those emails as normail Email sent and receive is working fine.Page URL:

The recipient email addresses are not listed in our bounce list, and according to email logs, the messages are being successfully sent.

I used another plugin and leads are going fine in my webmail. So, definitely there is something wrong from your end. Would u plz troubleshoot?

Your settings are correct for this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51515306670955 so this is something related to the email service provider. Kindly ask your clients to login to the webmail access and check their spam folders. If nothing is there, then there's a possibility that the emails are blocked from reaching your client's inbox/spam folders. In this case, we recommend the whitelisting method:
