    Drop Down arrows are missing on Iphone and Ipad

    3-  The drop down arrow for "Source and Reason" Does not show on my mobile phone using safari and chrome. Maybe cause they are not wide enough ( i made them wider though and they still dont show) . so please i need the drop down arrow to show. see image below:

    I checked using your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51376919239971 but I currently cold not reproduced the same issue on my mobile browser at this time.

     

    Can you please confirm that the issue had been resolved already?

    The drop down functionality will still work by clicking the field although there is no arrow down.

    It seems like this is a known issue with Apple devices wherein the drop down arrow will disappear if you put a CSS style background image in the <select> element. Here's a solution, please try to inject this custom CSS.

    #input_11, #input_13 {

    -webkit-appearance: menulist;

    }

    Unfortunately, the drop down arrow will appear but the background will not show up. Hope this helps. Thank you.
