How to reduce top and bottom margin?

    The top and bottom padding or margin is too big and there seems to be no way to reduce it to make the form more 'slender, vertically'.  It just takes up too much real estate on my site.

    Thank you.  Both issues resolved with the fixes you suggested. 

     

    I would like to see a super slender (vertically) form, if that is ever possible, but these are terrific nonetheless
