I am using Jotform to develop a fairly complex form that will interface with Zoho.
Because the form has over 100 fields on it, we have decided to just link key data elements from the form to the associated Zoho record using the Zoho integration app. The full form we plan on saving as a PDF (or it could be a Google Doc) and attaching it to the Zoho record so that it is associated with that record and readily available.
My question: Is there a way of automagically attaching the PDF of the completed form to the Zoho record? It didn't seem like there was a way of doing it, so our backup solution is to simply email the form to us, and manually save and attach it to the Zoho record. But I would appreciate any creative thoughts on ways of automating this process as much as possible.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to do this automatically because the Zoho integration is triggered only when the online form is submitted for the first time.
So, basically the solution you came up with would be the best way to go in my opinion.
